Terms of use

These terms cover the Routimate app for iOS and Android and the website at routimate.app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Routimate. The legal entity, mailing address, and governing law are blank on purpose until counsel fills them in.

Cosmetic only

Routimate estimates cosmetic characteristics and suggests a routine. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Do not use it to decide whether a spot, rash, or other change is harmless. See a qualified clinician for health questions, and ignore the app in an emergency.

Scores can be wrong. Lighting, makeup, the camera, and the vision model all change the result. Preview mode, shown when no vision key is configured, does not look at your photo at all.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16. You must give accurate account information. Do not upload a photo of someone else unless you have their permission, and do not upload a photo of a child.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and product notes you submit. You grant Routimate a limited license to host, transmit, and process them only to run the service: storage, the vision model, the routine, export, and deletion. We do not take a license to sell your photos or to use them in ads.

Subscriptions

Routimate has a free tier and Routimate Plus. Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple (App Store / In-App Purchase) or Google (Play Billing). RevenueCat reads the store receipt so the app can show whether Plus is active. Routimate does not collect your payment card. Price, tax, and renewal are shown by the store before you confirm. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. The paywall in this foundation build does not complete a real purchase.

Free includes one saved reading and eight shelf products. Plus includes further readings, progress comparison, and the rest of the recommendation list. Those limits can change; the app will show the current ones.

Affiliates and sponsorships

Some product links are affiliate links. If you buy through them, Routimate may earn a commission. The price is set by the retailer. Sponsored placements are labeled. The sample catalog shipped with the foundation is fictional and its links point at example.com. See the affiliate disclosure.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping the catalog to rebuild it, no attempting to read another person’s data, no uploading illegal content, and no presenting Routimate’s output as a medical diagnosis.

Accounts and ending use

You can export your data and delete the account in the app, or request deletion at routimate.app/delete-account. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. Store subscriptions must still be cancelled with Apple or Google.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Routimate disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Routimate is not liable for cosmetic purchases you make, for skin irritation from a product, or for decisions you make from a score. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is prohibited.

Governing law is not chosen in this draft. Counsel should insert the operator’s jurisdiction, venue, and any consumer-law carve-outs required there. Consumers in the EEA, UK, and other regions keep mandatory local rights.

Changes

We will post updated terms on this page and change the date. If a change is material, the app will ask you to accept it before you continue. The privacy policy is a separate document.
