Delete your account

This page is the public deletion resource for the Routimate app on iOS and Android. You can delete the account yourself in the app, or send a request here.

Delete in the app

1. Open Routimate and sign in with the account you want to remove.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

That deletes the login, profile, face photos, cosmetic scores, shelf, routine, recommendations, consent records, and the subscription status row. It is immediate. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel Plus in the store’s subscription settings so you are not billed again.

Request deletion on the web

Use this if you cannot open the app. Enter the account email and the confirmation phrase. We confirm that you control the address before anything is deleted, and we complete confirmed requests within 30 days. A request from this form does not delete the account by itself.

You can also email support@routimate.app from the account address with the subject “Delete my Routimate account”.

What is removed, and what is kept

• Removed: account, face photos, analysis, shelf, routine, recommendations, consents, subscription status.
• Kept for up to 12 months: the deletion-request record (email and timestamps), then deleted.
• Kept for up to 24 months: affiliate click logs, which do not store your account id.
• Backups may hold deleted rows for up to 30 days.
